CNC Cutting Line for Monolithic and Laminated Glass (Jumbo Glass)
Our CNC cutting line is engineered to handle monolithic and laminated jumbo glass sheets with exceptional precision and speed. This advanced system supports large-format architectural glazing with complex size and shape requirements.

- Capable of cutting glass up to jumbo dimensions (3.3m x 6m)
- Optimized for clean, chip-free edges on laminated and monolithic glass

General Standard Processing Centers
Our facility features state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machines, enabling multi-dimensional precision in glass shaping, drilling, edging, and sandblasting. These systems allow us to meet highly customized architectural specifications with unmatched accuracy.

Tempering Line
Our tempering facility features two advanced tempering lines capable of processing jumbo-size glass up to 3400 x 7000 mm. Our lines support flat and bent tempering, allowing full flexibility for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications.
Key Capabilities:
- Heat treatment of monolithic, laminated, and coated glass (including Low-E, Double Silver, Triple Silver, low emissivity heat treatment.
- Flat and curved/bent glass tempering for complex façade designs
- Rapid and uniform heating via convection technology, ensuring optical clarity and surface consistency
- High output rate with precise edge stress management for safety compliance
- Fully compliant with IGCC, SGCC, ASTM, EN, and Guardians standards

Silk Printing / Ceramic Fritting / Roller Coating Line
ALUMATEC is equipped with advanced Silk Screen Printing, Ceramic Fritting, and Roller Coating Lines designed for both aesthetic enhancement and functional performance of glass panels.

- Silk Screen Printing: Precision-controlled decorative printing using ceramic inks for patterns, branding, or solar shading effects.
- Ceramic Fritting: Permanent fusion of ceramic coatings into the glass surface during tempering for durability, colorfastness, and UV resistance.

Double Glazing Lines (Standard & Warm Edge)
Our advanced Double Glazing Lines are designed for the high-speed and precision assembly of insulated glass units (IGUs), supporting both standard aluminum spacers and warm-edge spacer technologies.

- Automated IGU Production: High-efficiency lines with robotic assembly, gas filling, and butyl/silicone sealing stations.

Lamination Line
Our Automated Glass Lamination Line is engineered for high-precision fabrication of safety, soundproof, and high-performance laminated glass. Utilizing advanced bonding technologies and quality control systems, we offer solutions for both architectural and specialty applications.

- Multi-layer lamination capability using PVB, EVA, and ionoplast interlayers
- Supports flat and bent laminated glass configurations

Heat Soak Testing Facility
Our advanced Heat Soak Oven is designed to detect and eliminate nickel sulphide (NiS) inclusions in tempered glass, significantly reducing the risk of spontaneous breakage in the field. This process is crucial for high-rise buildings, façades, canopies, and safety-critical applications.
Key Benefits:
- Simulates real-life environmental stresses by gradually heating glass to approx. 290–300°C and holding it for a specified duration
- Detects and fractures glass units with NiS inclusions before installation
- Ensures compliance with EN 14179, ASTM C1048, and BS 6206 standards
- Essential for architectural, structural, and overhead glazing safety
- Reduces post-installation liability and enhances long-term glass durability
