AL-THINAYYAN Plaza is a distinguished commercial development in the heart of Jeddah, featuring modern design aesthetics blended with functional architectural elements. The project called for precise execution of a wide range of aluminum and glass systems to meet both aesthetic and performance benchmarks. ALUMATEC was chosen to deliver a comprehensive façade and access solution across the structure.

Our scope included the engineering, fabrication, and installation of:

• Aluminum glazed curved curtain wall systems
• Architectural glass doors and aluminum windows
• Internal partitions for office and retail divisions
• Automatic sliding doors for main entrances
• Structural skylight systems for natural lighting
• Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) for external cladding
• Customized transoms and mullions for structural framing and support
