The Al-Watania Headquarters Building is a modern corporate facility in Riyadh, designed to accommodate executive offices and administrative operations with a contemporary architectural edge. The building features an elegant mix of glass and aluminum façades, contributing to its sleek appearance and optimized natural light access. ALUMATEC played a vital role in shaping the building’s façade and access systems to meet both aesthetic and functional demands.

Our scope included the engineering, fabrication, and installation of:

• Aluminum glazed curtain walls with curved and flat elements
• Aluminum framed glass doors and operable windows
• Internal office partition systems with high transparency
• Automatic sliding doors for public and private access zones
