KAUST stands as a world-renowned center for research, innovation, and academic excellence on the shores of the Red Sea. ALUMATEC is proud to have contributed to this landmark project by delivering bespoke façade and envelope systems tailored to KAUST’s globally recognized standards. This project is also certified and classified as a Lead Platinum project
Our scope included the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of:
- High-performance structural and stick curtain wall systems
- Custom structural glass façades with advanced thermal and solar control
- Architectural Solid and patterned aluminum cladding with marine-grade finishes
- Glass louvers and brise soleil systems designed for maximum energy efficiency
- Glass fin sunshades
- Terra cotta sunshades and cladding on SS316 supporting fins structure
- Elevator shafts
- Composit stone-glass facades
- Giant glass wall facades
- Fire rated facades
- Acoustic sound insulated facades
- Frameless interior glass partitions and automated access systems
