The Central Library at Qatar University is a landmark academic facility designed to foster knowledge, research, and collaborative learning. With a contemporary architectural design and high-performance façade systems, the library provides a comfortable and inspiring environment for students and researchers. ALUMATEC was entrusted with delivering sophisticated glazing and aluminum solutions tailored to the building’s educational function and climatic demands.

Our scope included the engineering, fabrication, and installation of:

• Structural glazed curtain wall systems with solar control glass
• customized fixed point system skylight
• Aluminum composite panel cladding and feature elements
• Frameless glass partitions 
• Entrance systems including automatic doors
