The Zuhair Fayez Partnership Head Office in Jeddah consists of 4 different buildings designed to accommodate most of the organization’s main divisions and the building environment is regulated by a Building Management System (BMS) that monitors and controls HVAC and lighting to ensure a healthy and productive work environment. ALUMATEC contributed significantly to the building’s functional and architectural features, delivering comprehensive façade and glazing systems tailored for healthcare environments.

Our scope included the engineering, fabrication, and installation of:

• Segmented semi structural glazed curtain walls
• Structural glazed spider curtain walls on stainless steel cable net structure
• Aluminum louvers sunshades
• Flat & slopes Skylight system on stainless steel spiders and tension cables for natural lighting
• Aluminum glazed doors & windows
• Frameless glass partitions
• Aluminum composite panels ACP Cladding

This project shows ALUMATEC expertise in delivering façade and interior aluminum systems according to the high functional requirements of BMS for environmental control. Through precision execution and attention to detail, the ZFP HO building stands as a symbol of modern engineering aligned with the spiritual essence of Jeddah.
